After booking, in some cases, you are eligible to receive a refund of monies sent if cancelled prior to the penalty date.  CANCELLED RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $25 ADMIINISTRATIVE CHARGE FOR SERVICES RENDERED BY LOVE INSPIRED VACATIONS.

Our trips that require payment to book cannot be cancelled by the guest and are not refundable. However, if for unforeseen reasons the trip is cancelled by supplier or Love Inspired Vacations, you are entitled to refund.

Yes, you are able to make payments towards most vacations. Only those group events where "FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED" is clearly stated, no payments can be accepted. Love Inspired Vacations has partnered with Affirm, a buy-now-pay-later alternative, that for those who qualify are able to use to cover the cost of your trip.

• Government application fees, expedited processing fees, shipping costs, and photo fees are not included
• Service applies to standard U.S. passport renewals only (no first-time applications unless otherwise approved)

• LOVE INSPIRED VACATIONS  is not responsible for delays, denials, lost documents, or processing timelines by the U.S. Department of State

• Service must be redeemed within 12 months of award

• Prize consists of a travel credit in the stated amount (e.g., $500) applied toward one designated Love Inspired Vacations–hosted group trip

• Credit must be applied at time of booking and cannot be added after a reservation is confirmed

• Credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, airfare (unless included in package), excursions, insurance, or personal expenses unless expressly stated

• If winner cancels their reservation, the promotional credit is forfeited

Travel (or trip) insurance provides coverage for unexpected events that can go wrong before or during your trip. Basic coverage options include trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel medical insurance and cancel-for-any-reason coverage.

It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance for your trip but not required. Travel insurance is becoming more and more important as travelers look to book future trips during this uncertain time.

In addition to your clothing, personal hygiene items, swimsuit and shoes, we suggest you include: a first aid kit, Lysol wipes/spray, a power strip, magnetic hooks/clips and cranberry juice (iykyk).
